Our very First Anniversary Gala Dinner themed Glitz and Glamour with the slogan Rising Women Empowerment where we believe through equal opportunities and fostering the right conditions, female business owners or workers can do just as well as their male counterparts in playing significant roles in the economic and social development of the nation. The success of our inaugural dinner is under the leadership of our Vice President, Datin Peggy Khoo and working committees who have contributed in one way or another. We are honored to have our Penang Chief Minister, YAB Chow Kon Yeow and PWCC Adviser, YB Chong Eng celebrating with us.

PWCC Members Day has become our annual event to drive new membership and encourage renewal of membership. As usual this event, we will invite a speaker for sharing. We are honoured to have Steve Wee from Brand Yourself sharing interesting topic Building Trust Through Personal Branding. Members had fun and full learning, and also enjoying the spread of delicacies served.

Last year we invited Sun Jian to train the members on Social Dining Etiquette conducting in English. So this time, two famous Asia's Customer Services Management & Image Consultants from Taiwan, Ms Judy Chen, the Grooming Expert and Mr Ken to share with us Business Etiquette and Hi tea Social Etiquette conducting in Mandarin. Everyone enjoyed the session and we learnt a lot from this event.

This is the first time PWCC celebrated Christmas with members. The objective of this event is to create strong bonding among members. During this event, we have House of Amber with the voluntary of members to showcase the jewellery. Besides, we are also glad to have Amee Philips sponsoring us a fine citrine pendant and rose choker and the winner is Vinnie, our new member. We end the event where members went around to hug and greeting each other. Indeed it was a fabulous day!
